General Security Questions
What does a professional security company actually do?
Professional security can include visible security presence, access support, patrol, visitor management, monitoring, documentation, incident reporting, and other responsibilities based on the property and assignment.
The right approach depends on the environment, operating conditions, security concerns, and what management needs from the security program.
How do we know what type of security coverage we need?
We start by understanding the property, how people move through it, current access points, operating hours, existing security procedures, problem areas, and management priorities.
From there, we can discuss which services and coverage approach may be appropriate.
Is every security program the same?
No. A gated residential community has different security responsibilities from a hospital, school, commercial property, government facility, or event.
We believe the security operation should reflect the actual environment rather than applying the same model everywhere.
Can security responsibilities change over time?
Yes. Properties, operating conditions, access patterns, staffing, and security concerns can change.
Ongoing communication with management helps keep the assignment aligned with current needs.

What security services do you provide?
Our security services include Security Officers, Mobile Patrol, Concierge and Front Desk Security, Access Control, Gatehouse Security, Loss Prevention, Investigation & Surveillance, Technology & Security Solutions, GPS Tracking Patrol, Fire Watch, and Event Security.
What is the difference between security officers and mobile patrol?
Security officers are generally assigned to ongoing responsibilities at a property or designated post.
Mobile patrol focuses on movement through multiple areas of a property or between designated locations using patrol vehicles, golf carts, or other appropriate patrol methods.
What is gatehouse security?
Gatehouse security supports controlled property entrances, including visitor verification, vehicle access, resident or employee entry, vendor access, entrance monitoring, and professional communication.
Do you provide concierge or front desk security?
Yes. Concierge and front desk security can support guest interaction, lobby presence, visitor coordination, deliveries, access procedures, and other responsibilities appropriate for the property.
Can security officers work with our existing access-control systems?
Yes. Depending on the assignment, security personnel can work within established property procedures involving card readers, credentials, electronic gates, turnstiles, intercom systems, cameras, and other access-control technology already in use.
What is GPS Tracking Patrol?
GPS Tracking Patrol refers to technology-supported patrol activity that can help provide greater visibility into patrol movement, property coverage, checkpoints, and field activity.
What is Fire Watch?
Fire Watch generally involves temporary observation and patrol of designated areas when additional monitoring is needed based on property conditions, operational needs, or applicable site procedures.
Fire Watch should not be confused with professional firefighting services.

Starting Security Service
What information should we provide when requesting security?
Helpful information can include the property type, location, operating hours, current security coverage, access points, known concerns, desired responsibilities, and what management wants to improve.
Do you need to see the property before recommending coverage?
Understanding the physical environment is often helpful when evaluating entrances, patrol areas, parking, visitor flow, existing systems, and other operational considerations.
The appropriate review process depends on the specific property and request.
Can we replace an existing security provider?
Yes. If you are reviewing your current security operation, we can discuss what is working, where the concerns are, and what you would want handled differently under a new approach.
Can security responsibilities be customized?
Yes. Responsibilities should be based on the property, operating environment, access procedures, client priorities, and the specific security needs of the assignment.
Supervision, Reporting & Communication
Is supervision part of the security service?
Supervision is an important part of supporting personnel, maintaining communication, reinforcing assignment expectations, and keeping the security operation connected to client needs.
Do officers document incidents and activity?
Depending on the assignment and reporting procedures, personnel may document incidents, observations, patrol activity, access concerns, property conditions, and other relevant security information.
Can security communicate directly with property management?
Yes. Communication between security personnel, supervisors, and management is important for maintaining alignment around property conditions, expectations, and operational priorities.
Can your team work with our existing procedures?
Yes. Security responsibilities can be aligned with established property procedures where appropriate, including access, visitor management, reporting, monitoring, communication, and other operational workflows.
Can technology support the security operation?
Yes. Existing surveillance systems, access-control technology, digital reporting, communication tools, and mobile technology can support security personnel and provide additional operational visibility.
Requesting a Security Consultation
What happens during a Security Consultation?
The purpose of the conversation is to understand your property, current security situation, operating environment, concerns, and what you need from a security provider.
That information helps us discuss an appropriate next step rather than recommending a generic solution.
Do we need to know exactly what service we want before contacting you?
No. You can start with the property, current concerns, and the outcome you are trying to achieve. We can discuss which type of security support may fit the situation.
Can we discuss multiple security needs in one consultation?
Yes. Many properties require more than one security function, such as officers, patrol, access control, monitoring, or concierge responsibilities. Those needs can be discussed together.
How do we request a Security Consultation?
Use the Request a Security Consultation form and provide the basic information about your property and security needs so we can begin the conversation.
